APA ETHANE LIMITED PRIVACY STATEMENT

APA Ethane Limited (APA ETHANE) abides by the National Privacy Principles set out in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Security holders
Our share registry service provider, Link Market Services Limited (Link) handles personal information of security holders of Ethane Pipeline Income Fund.

Once you become a security holder of Ethane Pipeline Income Fund, Chapter 2C of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) requires information about you, including your name, address and details of the securities you hold, to be kept in the public register. This information must continue to be included in Ethane Pipeline Income Fund’s public register even if you cease to be a security holder. These statutory obligations are not altered by the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

Site visit data
In common with many commercial websites, we may also make a record of your visit, logging the following information for statistical purposes:

• your server's address;
• the type of browser and operating system you are using;
• the date and time of the visit to the site;
• the pages accessed and documents downloaded; and
• the previous Internet address from which you linked directly to this site. In the cases where the referring site declines to pass this
 information on, the server does not obtain these details.

We will not identify users or their browsing activities, except where:
• a law enforcement agency (or government agency) may exercise a legal authority to inspect the ISP logs (e.g. by warrant, subpoena or notice to produce), or

Cookies may be used from time to time to collect information on how our site is used, and to serve you more efficiently if you revisit the site.

Companies Who Provide Services To APA Ethane
Where it is necessary to provide you with services, APA Ethane may disclose your personal information to its service providers including providers of:

• Information technology services;

As outlined above, Link is a service provider of APA Ethane, and requires access to personal information to perform the services we have asked them to provide in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

Link has a policy designed to maintain the confidentiality of all personal information.  Link has undertaken to APA Ethane that Link will take all reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and loss, and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure, and Link does not sell, rent or trade personal information to or with third parties. 

Anyone who provides us with notice may have access to Ethane Pipeline Income Fund’s public register of security holders, or obtain a copy of the public register in accordance with the Corporations Act 2001.  In doing so, we are obliged to provide details of security holders, which may included your name, address and details of the securities you hold.   In some cases, our registry service provider for this information may charge a service fee.

Security of your personal information
We take reasonable steps to protect your personal information from misuse and loss and from unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Once your personal information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to destroy or permanently de-identify it.

It is important to APA Ethane to protect your personal information from unauthorised access. APA Ethane takes all reasonable measures to ensure that your personal information is stored securely both in electronic and physical forms. There may be risks associated when you transfer personal information to us from other Internet facilities or by email, and using e-mail and the Internet may not always be successful or secure. We cannot be held responsible for the security or confidentiality of any information sent to us by e-mail or over the Internet.

YOUR RIGHTS OF ACCESS AND CORRECTION

If you request it, APA Ethane must provide you with details of the personal information we hold about you, subject to some exceptions allowed by law where we may refuse you access.  If APA Ethane denies access, we will give you reasons for doing so.

Easily accessible personal information will be made available to you free of charge. Where the information that you request is not easily accessible, we may charge you a reasonable fee for providing this data.

We aim to ensure that the personal information we collect, use or disclose is accurate, complete and up-to-date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure this is the case. Please let us know if your personal information is not accurate, complete or up-to-date.
